    It has been 5 minutes, dont bump your thread like that. It should just come apart if you've unscrewed it, nothing fancy. Getting them together can be more difficult.

    The lid sticks to the xbox and the internal drives lifted up :(

    All 6 screws on the bottom and 4 on the back of the unit if it has the cards installed.
