I am just wondering if the Tiger Game.com is any good. My local gamestore has one in the box complete with the lights out game for $10. I would be interested in trying the Duke Nukem and Resident evil games on it if it is worth my time. Kinda like the N-Gage no one ever seams to want to admit they bought a Game.Com. So is it any good?

I'd buy one for $10. The games aren't great by any means. It's more of a novelty item anymore as far as I'm concerned, but I would still like to have one.

I don't know where muffinman is getting his pricing, but $10 brand new in box and requiring no shipping would be a decent little deal. By the time you get the system and both of the games you're interested in your total investment will be less than $25. Half an hour of use should justify that.

What can you get for $10 these days? Even if it just ends up being an extra thing on the shelf, it's a good price and you might make more selling it some day in the future.

*sighs* I always knew this day would come. I have a Game.com.

Honestly? Its kinda fun for about maybe, half an hour. After that, its just another box on the shelf.

I've got one, they really are rubbish. I have a few games for it- Res Evil, Sonic Jam being the best of a bad bunch. The version that only came with Lights Out is much rarer than the one that came with Batman and Robin & Lights Out so thats a good price.

I don't even think there was a single good game ever produced for that thing.

Because the Game.com will outlast the condoms or because you'll play the Game.com longer then you will use the condoms?

Back on topic, it's rubbish, glad they never released it in Japan. Even for $10 it's overpriced, it has some god awful games and as stated before the screen is awful.

I have one aswell and I agree that it sucks a lot. Mostly because of the really really teribble screen. I dont know how someone can use such a screen for a handheld.
So yeah, you will have 30 Minutes of fun with it while trying out stuff, but I havent touched mine after that again, unless I got new games, which got played about 5 minutes :p

Wheel of Fortune was pretty good fun, but the rest was weak to say the least. Resident Evil looks good but isn't very good.

I actually liked this unit. I had only one game (Sonic) and I don't think it was bad at all.

I have one too. It's true, they're crap, but if you're into just adding another piece to your collection, it's worth 10 bones.

On some level, I do enjoy seeing just how bad the results are when something like Resident Evil is ported to a cheap B&W handheld. (And they ARE bad, bad results.) There's a certain masochistic glee about it.

And to be honest, the best thing about the Game.com is the built-in touchscreen Solitaire game. Great for passing time on the crapper! :p

Damn, Condoms must be expensive in the UK. They don't cost nearly that much around here.

Anyway, Duke Nuke'm on game.com blows ass. Do not bother, you'll hate it. You can't even move around, just walk foward, shoot the pig cop, walk foward some more, shoot pig cop, listen to Duke say "Damn I'm good" and just "Damn!" over and over and over again, horrible. A monkey could play that game, that's how lifeless it is.

Fighter's megamix is even worse - yeah there's a lot of characters, but they all have one punch and one kick with like 2 step animations, so horrible as to be nearly unplayable.
