does yahoo japan auction ship to us?

Thanks for the info. I sent them email about authorized letter, and they replied
"Please place your order via our shopping cart system."
So maybe paperwork is not really needed, will see .

 

Yeah. It's a wait and see.

Something to consider/realize is unlike play-asia, which is purely automated, they still prefer to go through their orders and confirm them first (takes 1 day at most). So give them an extra day or so to confirm the order. If they don't request anything further and confirm the order then you should be fine.
