    He's not the only one. I've always thought the PlayStation controllers were crap too. The Dpad on them is just nasty and hasn't changed at all since 1995

    i agree, i've never been a fan of the sony controllers, much preferred sega and nintendo's back in the day(yes even the N64 i liked it alot) didnt put much use into the gamecube controller but plenty on the dreamcast and xbox pads.

    I'm not a fan of the N64 controller but I do like the GameCube one. Not a bad controller that one.

    Personally I thought the Gamecube had the best controller that gen.

    I still think the Gamecube controller is the best, my second favorite is the 360 controller, those two are just great.

    most notably the d-pad and the left analogue stick are not optimally placed for alot of people, also the d-pad having the seperate buttons means it's not optimal for 8 way control as per the sega pads ant to a lesser extent the xbox pads.

    i've never really been comfortable with a sony controller, the one that felt best was the original dual shock, had a nice weight to it.
