It's Christmas time, should've just asked Santa for one. That would've been at least as effective as a dumb online petition.

Sega wont do it. But we can lol. Just need to cram a m2 ssd In the case, build the dreampi Into the dc modem case. And get that hdmi mod up here installed on it.... sadly would need to figure out a way. Without dreamshell to see and run games from the m2... like gdemu or usb gdrom. But keep gdrom access

BTW, Sega's management is the worst ever. And I used to work for Sony (PlayStation 2 and PSP times, I also was the guy who brought dual layer discs to modchips but that was my sweet revenge).

That description to me sounds like a Dreamcast emulator with cd access wrapped in a nice little case with a Sega logo. IMO

TBH, if you can hack your console with an overclock, USB HDD and VGA output...

The only limitation the DC now has are the clunky memcards, which are WAY too fast filled to the brim and handling multi-page cards etc is still a pain when you're looking for the exact savefile... so once somebody can clear this one up with virtual cards for saving on the HDD (or an SD would also be nice), then there's NO need for this utter waste of time. Oh wait, we want Shenmue 3.

Yeah, sometimes you need to know when a good thing is dead and gone. The fact that we still get a game or two a year coming out for the DC should be more than enough. Enjoy the memories.

Well it did. If he can rule a country, you can get a girlfriend and Dreamcast 2 is at the very least a feasible concept that's just being held back by a frustrating blend of incompetence, unhealthy intercontinental relations, and a lack of enthusiasm.
