He would probably have bad feedback (rather than no feedback) from those that bought the previous units, if he wasn't legit. Unless he's sold all of them quite recently, that is.

Definitely different pictures; the most noticeable difference being the power light is on in the auction that ended today

Next question then, how do we reckon he got (so far) four of them to sell? Do we think there's unreleased games to be found here?

Also, the one he has for sale currently is the same as the one sold for £620 isn't it? The mark on the left is the same or are my eyes just not seeing it right?

Looks to be the same unit - if you're interested in snagging one, you could always ask him for more pictures.

I managed to grab one from another member here, I was interested in his GD Writer that just finished on auction, I'll wait and see if the seller relists again.... I'm totally interested in potential unreleased games on these Katana kits though....

I bought my PVM from this guy. Arrived very badly packed therefore the PVM took a good beating exterior wise and the condition was very poor to begin with (dirty as f**k and not taken care of). Pics are not good and clear for a purpose.

    I would avoid him.

At least he did refund me my money back

Its better to buy from a reputable seller in here at some point and spend some extra cash. At least you will know what you will be getting

I actually bidded on that Dev Kit but £620 was far too much :(

looking at his other sales they all seem to be job lots from offices, like bulk sales of PCs, monitors and even wall clocks so I think there is a pretty big chance that they came straight from the office of one of the UK game companies that have shut down recently, (possibly Bizarre Creations?) because he's also selling an Xbox debug kit now.

Either way the seller is definitely clearing out offices and is not a collector so there is a huge chance that there might be something new on the HDD of the HKT-01 or the Xbox debug kit.

So was my PVM like I said earlier. Poor packaging correct? And the guys at DPD that delivered clearly don't know how to handle stuff

Wow I'm really sorry to hear that, hopefully the package was insured at least?

It's the facia that's broken, as far as I'm aware the internals survived but with a broken housing it takes lots of the showmanship of the item away :/
