Dreamcast Utopia Boot Disc VGA Compatible

I tried with that VGA Patched Boot Disc (i burned it with discjuggler at the proper speed -i´ve burned lotta of DC games with taht method-) and it didn´t work...I tried with a DC-X downloaded from the isozone and burned it with clone CD (the person who uploaded told in the descrption that it needed that program)...and it didn´t worked too....Damnnnn! :..(

 

If someone makes DC chips again, I'd like one...

 

I've got a really weird problem and was wondering if someone could help? First off cheers for uploading the VGA hack, it works, but my issue is: I have a portable dreamcast with a screen attached, when I insert the hacked utopia disc, after the intro screen it switches from the tv to the internal display - that might be why you guys can't see the reindeer screen, because it switches display? The thing is it stays on the internal screen after booting up the game (the plan is to use Utopia to get Pen Pen to boot via VGA) which is pretty useless to me - does anyone have any ideas? ah, nevermind - i'm reading that any burn of Utopia v 1.2 should support VGA, think i'll try that before bugging people, heh. wish me luck!

 

So, it does work? The 1.2 version? I've been looking for VGA support too!
