Merci, I was thinking of you today, long time no hear. Good to hear they are working well... I couldn't launch the website yet.
You can enjoy it without any worries, I recommend you not to bend, twist, press or apply force(tighten) on it too much. It must stay flat & horizontal to the surface.
However I decided to change the connector of the cable with a higher quality one after receiving some complaints (caused by shipping or the connector itself)
I will change all the failed units with this new connector to make it more reliable. If any problem occurs on yours too, I can send you a new one.
If the connector pops up from the PCB, press on its top for better contact.

Would it be possible to laser etch the dreamcast logo and "Dreamcast" on the plexi instead of "Hanzo"?

This looks like a great product, may I ask you and sorry for off topic if you can make adapters for Sega Saturn controller to old classic consoles and PC without lag? Dreamcast for example is a fighting games heaven but how can you enjoy this games with DC controller.

 

Yeah, me too! I can't play them with a DC controller so I have a padhacked Saturn controller for DC. I heard that padhacking a DC controller causes lags.
There is already MC Cthulhu for that?

 

I use an old PSX/Saturn controller adapter to hook up my Saturn controllers. I can't begin to describe how big of an improvement they make, with zero noticeable lag in 2D fighters. A bonus is the keyboard input for Typing of the Dead. I stalked ebay for a few weeks and picked two up for $10 each. It's this model:

On a different subject, I finally got to play around with my Hanzo! It's freaking incredible. The Street Fighter games are absolutely gorgeous and the colors are so bright and clean. The 30hz improvement is like a generational leap forward, and that alone would have made the Hanzo worth its weight in gold.

So far I've tested the Hanzo with all of the DC Street Fighter games, as well as the Beats of Rage Collections (vols. 1-3), and the Puzzle Bobble Games (Bust-a-Move, Puzzle de Pon!, and PB 1 & 2). The Puzzle Bobble games look beautiful, and the Beats of Rage games too really benefit from scanlines. I can't wait to play around with it some more. Beharius made me an extra VGA input cable so I can test it with my Xbox 360, Xbox, and eventually with my 16-bit systems (I need to invest in some different converters first).

Beharius has done an incredible service to the DC community by designing and engineering these peripherals. I consider the Hanzo to be the best gaming purchase I've made in over a decade and highly recommend it to all Dreamcast owners. I'm really excited to hear that he's going to try to take on the Xbox next!
