    I got mine today but it was loose in box and it is not working. Cannot get a picture on my US Dreamcast at all and my JP Dreamcast gets a picture but it is yellow tint.

    Cable from my Hanzo to my DC seems to be broken. Sound vanished from one channel, when Hanzo is moved a little and comes back, when moved more. Problem lies in the cable, where it is plugged into the Hanzo. For now it is working, but I fear not endless. How much would be spare part cable from Hanzo to DC?

    Free... However please first check if the pins inside the connector is not touching to the metal shield, most of the time this causes problems, with the help of a tweezers you can align them.

    Hi. I checked. The pins are all right and not touching the connector. The proble is the cable itself, near the connector to the Hanzo. Awesome, it is for free. I ordered a scanliner, can you put the cable in the package? Thank you very much.
