A couple of posts above, there's this:

Me, personally, I'd appreciate codes for De La Jet Set Radio :)

How about Triggerheart Exelica or other shmups in vertical (tate) mode? I assume that some wouldn't work due to being 2D.

I'd say Ferrari F355 Challenge PAL (widescreen mode is not available via VGA),
    Ready 2 Rumble Boxing (PAL)
    ReVolt (Pal)
Quake III Arena (usa, the current code sucks)
    Vanishing Point (usa)
    Fighting Vipers 2 (pal)
    Fur fighters (pal)

    Sonic Adventure NTCS -US

    Widescreen Cropped
    Code:
    0289389C
    3FAAAAAB
    Widescreen extra fov
    Code:

Alternative Widescreen, should give the same results as the one above, I would appreciate if anyone can test this one on real hardware.
    Code:

    43AA0000

De La Jet Set Radio. NTSC-J Widescreen.

    Code:
    02327A8C
    3F400000
    2C327A5C
    43F00000
Is there anything special in this version of Jet Set Radio compared to the others?

I think it has all of the music tracks from the american and european versions of the game. Plus it switches language based on bios setting (not really a bonus but a nice feature)
Thanks a lot for the code!

I don't know if this works with 2D games, but it would be nice to see widescreen Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike.

I've got a couple obscure requests if you're looking for more:
    - Sega Marine Fishing
    - Reel Fishing: Wild

I got my hands on a fishing rod controller recently and have been on a fishing game kick. :)
Would be awesome to play these titles in widescreen, though I'm wondering if Reel Fishing:Wild will work well given that the casting screen is just an image plane.

I asked this before but it's lost in the depth of this thread. Has anyone tested any of this on hardware? What code breaker did you use. I've tried on two occasions and both times it didn't work, I think once was using Xploder and the other was GameShark

Sorry Esppiral, would you be able to post the best codes for Shenmue and Shenmue II for each region you know? A huge amount of work went into those and I want to check I have the best on the list updates and that I can play my recently rebought Shenmue at its best.

It's been answered. I think someone posted pictures / videos of it running on real hardware. And I think you should be using the Codebreaker:

    I've been testing on hardware as I don't emulate. I'll list the games that defo work on hardware;
    Chu Chu Rocket (PAL)
    Confidential Mission (PAL)
    Crazy Taxi (USA)
    Daytona USA (USA)
    Dead or Alive 2 (JAP)
    Dynamite Cop (PAL)
    Fur Fighters (PAL)
    Headhunter (PAL)
House of the Dead 2 (PAL)
    Metropolis Street Racer (PAL)
    Mortal Kombat Gold (PAL)
    Phantasy Star Online (JAP)
Rayman 2 (PAL, tested on demo disc)
    Resident Evil: Code Veronica (USA)
    Seaman (USA)
    Sega GT (PAL)
    Sega Rally 2 (JAP)
    Shadowman (PAL)
    Shenmue (PAL)
    Sonic Adventure (PAL)
    Sonic Shuffle (PAL)
    Suzuki Alstare Racing (PAL)
Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation (PAL)
    Trickstyle (PAL)
    WWF Royal Rumble (PAL)
    Virtua Fighter 3TB (JAP, PAL)
    Virtua Tennis (USA)

Quake III Arena (USA) can be visibly manipulated but no proper functional widescreen code has been finalised yet.
Sonic Adventure can run in 60fps, but does suffer a little slowdown at times.
Shenmue (PAL) can't run in 60fps on hardware. Trying will lock up the console when trying to load or save. Likely due to the VMU running at a different speed to the console. It may work on a modified VMU and/or modified Dreamcast.
Suzuki Alstare Racing (PAL) needs a no clipping code ala Shenmue.

That's what I own to test so far. They're all legit copies on an unmodified Dreamcast outputting in VGA. I use a (copy of) Codebreaker to play foreign titles on a PAL Dreamcast and they're almost all perfectly fine. I'll test more as I expand my library.

I also wanna know if there's any widescreen fixes for hardware. These widescreen codes are great but there's always a bit of width not covered. It's like it's not quite widescreen enough on hardware. Maybe an overscan issue?
