Yeah, I'm impressed more by a library of games and backlogs than bigger screen and online capabilities as well...now I just need convincing to get it now or after Christmas
Most of the good games have already been recommended, but I want to put in a plug for the Etrian Odyssey series.
Well looks like i don't need to get myself a DS as i've been told not to get one and that i'll be getting one for christmas. Also ordered myself a R4 and 2gb micro sd card for some multimedia capabilities although i'm more interested in games but its nice to have other stuff to do with the ds should i want to. Not sure what game(s) i might be getting with it but Phoenix Wright is a game i quite like to get.
The Lite is, IMHO, still the best option. I don't want to lose my GBA slot!! R4 is a good choice for dev purposes *ahem*! No seriously, it's a good tool for devving. Games for me: Puzzle games (Brain Training etc.) to personal choice Phantom Hourglass Trauma Center any Mario game (especially Mario Kart) FF games (if you like that sorta thing) Phoenix Wright games As mentioned, don't forget the GBA compatability! There are still a lot of good games on that. Mario Kart Advance was great. The NES series. The list is (almost) endless.
