We they sold out to EA, so expect all of the battlefield games to be console games from now on, for the quality to drop, and the price to go up. For the online play to go to fuck.

I thought EA already had the Battlefield series. I know the new one is from EA.

Still, it does suck when EA ruins a good thing. Oh well.

EA also own Criterion Games, so it doesn't mean the end of the world. The Burnout series continue to impress and Black is awesome IMO.

The series is just going to be shittier than the one before it. The second release was plagued by bugs and still has tons of exploits that Dice will unlikely fix. Special Forces expansion made the game play slower than before installing the exp.

    50 CENT IN BATTLEFIELD BROOKLYN

"BITCHES TOOK THE CHECKPOINT! GO BLAST THEM FOOLS"

    "PIMPS SIGHTED, MOVING IN"

    "REQUEST LOWRIDER SUPPORT!"

    "WEEDSPOT CAPTURED"

well EA likes to buy up one hit wonders and then expect them to continue with that hit and make spin offs of it, keeping them from making new ideas. Then all the people leave or get fired....

Yeah, but you know EA is going to make them continue to pump one out every year untill the series gets stale. And while I think Revenge is alot of fun, I still prefer the third one.

yup, EA is the only company to keep pumping out what sells untill it grows tired.
Nope, no other company does this at all, just EA....

Not really..Considering other games that are coming out soon it looks like crap. It seems like they just took the BF2 engine and didnt even touch it in the graphics department.

Capcom is a LOT WORSE than EA over this. There are AT LEAST 4 new MegaMan games a year.

is it all about graphics? the play modes, new weapon classes, and the balance of the game will shine through.

And publisher doesnt mean devoloper EA publish :

    Oddworld stangers wrath
    ridge racer 6
    burnout 3 takedown + revenge
    we love katamari
    soul calibur 2 (xbox + ps2)
    Half Life 2
    Crysis

And did they suffer ? i think thats a mighty fine list

True but i buy all of them lol
