Ahah, sorry for keeping people waiting. It's just that I simply haven't had time to get things done and uploaded. +There are still lots of tapes to go through and I didn't feel like spending my christmas back home on doing that ;D Anyway, just hang in there a few more months and I'll see if I can get around to organizing and uploading stuff then. Also, as previously mentioned, I wanna get subtitles/translations done for some of this stuff before putting it all out too. (First gonna do something, atleast do it properly!)

Yup, I posted a set of pictures of the RS3 pocket watch I've got + the various other RS3 junk I've got (Promotional tape, retail version and Sample ROM)
I don't really know what the background story for the VHS tape, the Sample ROM and the Pocket watch is. The VHS tape is probably one of those that should be looping on a display screen in a store. (As it is like 50min long and loops the same stuff over and over again) The Sample ROMs were probably the same, but how on earth those ended up in private hands is probably somehow similiar to how the Chrono Trigger and Seiken Densetsu 3 Sample ROMs ended up in private hands (after all, those things have nice pale boxes w/manuals and everything). I was under the impression that these were ment for store display, but I guess stores either sold them or they were given away somehow. As for the Pocket Watch, I'd gamble on some sort of "first come, first serve" contest (pre-order or mail-in?). The watch is of higher quality than your average promotional watch and it's numbered (limited to 1000) with a nice box and everything.

Carnivol, is your RS3 VHS this one ? (sorry for the picture, but I don't have my digital camera ready so I took the picture I have on my HD). This one was for shop, like you said, letting people watch some footages of the game.

I didn't have time to watch the VHS, but it is probably the same as you said they look similar and as I never saw 2 diff RS3 promo VHS. Thanks for the link. When I will have time to watch the one I have, I will compare them and let you know (but it will probably take time). The V-jump VHS are also really great according to what you said about them. Maybe I must try to find them

Blue pants with a white shirt? Japan's CRAAAAZYY!! Pretty cool stuff. I like the final map more, I see why they changed it. But I thought the NPC airships was pretty cool.
