Nice, but dont like the look of that transformer... h:

 

A nice semi-pro Maplins convertor with surge protection and a built in fuse is definately the way forward rather than some of the utter garbage some people offer. If you are seriously interested I would tell the seller to ditch the step-down and reduce the P&P in-line.

Actually, as unpromising as that transformer looks, it's probably not bad - I've used several similar to that & they're typically as good/better than many of the smaller ones in plastic cases. Judging by it's physical size, it's also probably meaty enough to handle other more power hungry stuff than the PS1 debug.
