    The number of them appearing on eBay and elsewhere recently has reduced their price considerably. The last Green version I bought was £50 approx in total including shipping from the USA. Yep, one of Kev's!

    I'd pay £50 for a loose unit and perhaps £100+ for a boxed, complete unit including the blue controller all in mint condition.

    I'd say that £150 is a bit too much for an unboxed one.

    The SCPH-1001 came in several different boxes. The first picture link is definitely not a launch version box, but could quite possibly have been a later 1001 series box. My non-1001 came in a box identical to that. The second link is an earlier version 1001 series box, but again not a launch version box. If you do a Google image search under SCPH-1001 box, you should find some helpful pictures on various blogs and sites, etc...
