Basically the dvt3 is more rare than the dvt4, it has a metal-like xbox jewel rather than the plastic-like you find on retails and it cannot run newest bioses/dashboards/recovery discs

That's the main differences as far as I know but there may be others I am not aware of.

 

The fact that it doesnt run all the final software is pretty important, too ;P

It also sports a MCP nvidia chip,a Sega Chihiro connector and a dvt runs at 742 mhz instead of 733 mhz.

One to avoid - fake Automobile Red LE PS2 (UK)

It is painfully obvious, but just in case someone bids by accident or thinks it's an Automobile Red LE PS2, then it's not. That is a rather shite paint job and the owner is chancing his arm. I've tried to coax information from him to get him to acknowledge it's a respray, but he is pretending not to understand.

That all depends on whether you are a fan of the title or arcade cabs. In the back of my mind would be 'It's a PS1....' as it's based on Sony Playstation technology. That's a heap of cash for a PS1 title, but it is a fun game and it is a good looking cabinet. It's only worth whatever your obsession feels it's worth ;-)
