Images are different (with <> without PSO, green stickes on the back <> sticker with "G4P1") & serial numbers are different....
They both are 5.24 sets, so they do look alike, yes... :)

    Edited:
    Both links for easy compare:

That's fair enough. So many images pass through here it is difficult to tell where we have seen one thing or another. Frankly, it just goes to show we were on the ball that we spotted the same seller. Images are different - agreed! ;-)

As said in the auction I also consider to pull it off for 1000 euros or if someone trades everything for a ps3 test.

Almost every game company keeps a copy of the games they have made.
Nintendo is no different and are rumored to have everything from original
    karuto cards to today.

When I bought stuff from acclaim, 3do and a few other places,
I got multiple sealed copies of every game they had ever made.

Some companies however are notorious for throwing things out, like sega.
I mean, they even lost most of their source code which screwed them
out of a lot of lost revenue.

True but much of that tends to be kept specifically for their archives. This seems to be a case of stuff getting lost in the system and forgotten for years.

I can confirm that Nintendo of Europe has at least a large stock of new and sealed SNES games. I saw that while i was in their European HQ some years ago.
