Yeah right. How did that tear get there if it is sealed? That seal looks iffy. And the price is a joke - so are his other consoles. OK, it is a rare pack, but I don't see any sane person paying that!

Hey, you do have to consider that it is in "god" condition though! That must be why he's charging so much. The box does look like it has went through the ringer quite a bit during its life..

 

Every once in a while you will run into 3DO auctions where people just assume that because the FZ-1 initially retailed at $699 that it has to be worth huge amounts of money today.

I know that you are just trying to make a point about the auction in question, but there are actually many 3DO games that frequently sell for many times that amount of money. Some over $1000 US.

 

Even some 3DO US RETAILED games fetch over $100...Lucienne's Quest is an example.
