    The Mega PC pad is a rip-off. Used to get them for a coupla quid each.

    You can buy those Nintendo store signs on yahoo from time to time. There was one I have been watching maybe one year ago, it went for something like 50'000.

    As for the Mario figure I think it won't set you back more than 15'000 in Japanese shops, almost every shop owner has one on his glass shelf.
