Nope the official product was the Nintendo Super System which had special cartridges and looked more like a playchoice 10 system. This is a third party product working like most console jamma systems of allowing timed games, switching of games and handling joystick, sound and video outputs to an arcade machine.

Game switching. At the push of a button you could switch between Street Fighter to Starfox to Super Mario Land to Zelda A Link To The Past.

I would assume it would work a lot like the Neo Geo MVS, A Select Game button on the control panel wired into the Jamma harness.

Also it wasn't meant for home use it was meant to be played in an arcade cab.

Eric, your auctions are making me sick! If if I have one ambition then it is to get an amazing job just to be able to afford everything you are selling.
Seriously, that X68k is in an insane state. Same goes for the BOXED Tera Drive monitor.

Judging by the selling prices in my last round of auctions, I won't be selling for much longer....

Well most of your auctions are buy it now, so maybe I'm missing something? Although there is a recession on, so that probably isn't helping.

I did bid on a few of your auctions but only bid up to what I know they would go for on Yahoo auctions and I lost by quite a bit on a few of them.
