I put some more stuff on ebay, some of it rare, this Sharp X68000 varsity jacket for example:

Don't imagine there has been one on ebay before.

I also put up a X68000 members club card, Starfighters on MSX Laserdisc and a few issues of Retro Gamer magazine.

I'm feeling your Honda GG Pack, how bizzare to find a car company giving away gaming stuff lol pretty cool if you ask me.

I know Hellcat, would be all over that if he knew about this.

Good luck with the sale of your item:thumbsup:

The seller sold one the other week. I was going to bid on it before it went nuts. It sold for £311, less than the current bid of £360 :p Maybe it's one of the deals where they sell with one acc and buy with another to drum up interest, or maybe they do actually have more than one.

Nicely said, I'm glad you sussed it out, my thoughts exact.

I too watched that auction last time round and was amazed 2nd time running this auction has over passed it's original bid value.

    Something fishy going on here!

But having said that the price is pretty good considering the SDK Tools are included in the sale.

It was an official nintendo product, Cidiverte imported some games in '90s only in Italy, this is not a pirate or fake game ;-)

I'm with Cyantist on this one, I reckon it's a fake or cobbled together job. I don't ever remember it being released in Europe at all officially and a game of this importance would have had massive coverage in the printed media of the day.

It doesn't look like a "real" release, more like a backyard job of some company in Italy. So to say, I think it's possible that it's legit and the stickers certainly deepen that impression. I wouldn't call it outright FAKE just because the label looks a bit sloppy and because it didn't receive a big media coverage back in the day - that's common knowledge, and this is obviously a very obscure release.

I'm not familiar enough with SNES releases to judge reasonably though.

I also thought it was a fake, but a famous Italian videogames website confirms the distribution of this pal version, the cartridge was manufactured in Mexico. Unfortunately I don't know other details.
