I also spotted this PlayStation debug system in the states. It comes with 5 controllers and 3 are new in box. The seller believes they are the official debug controllers but they look like they are from the 10 million model to me.

The controllers are 10th Million model. It's a bargain price for anyone looking for this particular model of controller. They got sold for $200-300 a piece when I saw them listed on Ebay back in 2012. This guy has 5 and 3 of them are brand new in box.

 

Thanks for confirming what the controllers are. I was fairly sure they where from the 10 million edition.
Someone could get a very good bargain because the seller does not know that each of the controllers are probably worth more than the console.
