    I'm not into Tomb Raider series either, but I didn't know it was called Tomb Raiders in Japan... copyrihgt/trademark issue maybe?

    I would avoid selling any promotional/prototype or evaluation software/hardware on Ebay from now on people.

    I tried to sell the 360 XBG3 version of Halo Reach and it got taken down for
    I guess First Sale Doctrine doesn't apply to anything that isn't RETAIL right?

    What about "Not for resale" copies?


    I guess I won't be selling anything on Ebay ever again, they aren't much of the online garage sale they used to be. And i'm tired of them raping you out the ass in fees.

    I sold something for 89$ last week and i've got ~13$ in fees before I ship it.(Which is gonna add more to that)

    I feel you, I have tons of stuff I'd like to move, but the fees are ginormous:-(
    And don't know where else to sell it:-/

    Mostly Dreamcast stuff, some 30 Limited/Color Variations controllers, the same amount of VMU's, a couple of consoles, and some 200 games, BBA's and etc.
    Anyone have some great ideas on it?

    Should I just upload all the pictures of the stuff in here, and update my for sale thread, or should I go the eBay route?

    Yep i would say stick to selling on forums for that type of stuff, ebay has gone very serious about Beta software, Deve Kits etc. where as they never used to bother (bought plenty myself over the years) but now they seem to be going out of their way to get stuff taken down

    Ofcourse you should sell it here, that way you can pass the savings on ebay fees to the forum members (and some extra because we are all nice ppl).

    Yeah you're probably right, though most of my items are retail stuff.

    But as dutchconsolefreak said I can pass on the savings, I'd rather give it to assembler members, than eBay;-)
