    well, i can understand the crack, on the unit if it was for debug, but he/she doesnt show any other sides of the PSP, ie extra port...just the trigger buttons are diffrent colors.

    Someone mistreated the unit thats all. I dont think he means its from a dev kit though. He also isnt 100% sure on what kind of unit it is. Maybe a sony debug unit or a special display unit. Also if ling doesnt know what it is its likely that not many people might.

    Indeed. Ling may always be a little (ok, a lot) high, but he certainly knows what he's talking about. It is different than retail models...so right there it's probably worth something. He doesn't deal in crap.

    The unit with the different color trigger buttons are from the first batch made. They were given to developers for testing purposes, but they're identical to the retail model other than the button color.

    All were recalled, and subsequently destroyed. A few managed to survive. I don't believe there were more than 100 made, so i'm guessing there's less than 10 left.

    Nope. Anything over $500 is a flat $4.80 fee, so idiots can get away with doing crap like this. Hell, I wouldn't doubt that it is a forgery too.
