    Re: Playstation CDRs

Not bad, cheaper than buying Verbatim brand which so far is the only kind that makes quality CDRs for the crappy PSX lasers. Of course, having a good CD burner is what helps out in making sure the psx reads the game like its original.

I'm not very disappointed, $66 is a bit steep but the more I think about it, the more I think I should have put down... at least we're keeping this stuff within the ASSEMbler circle. The Dreaming Eye, respek!

Well if you joined in our little cirque de CDR we could have pooled out cash and got them. Obvously we get less each member, but we improve our chances!

This idea might actually not be a bad idea, we could register interest on things like this that are easily distributable around a few people.

Ah shit, I didn't even see you there! I noticed CJPC went in too. We need to better coordinate our efforts :smt045. I'll certainly part with some of these, I'll post more as soon as I get them.

The only problem is, we need someone in America with a credit card to pay. They use some antiquated payment scheme, and refuse payments from overseas.

Other than that, your money is more than welcome! :)

It has a case and the words master disk written on it?

Probably another Sony ploy to get more money out of developers, they can probably only submit code on those "special" CDR's

    hmm...
    i wonder what's so special about MCD/PS CD-R?

Sure Saturn CD-R has that security ring but others would be just normal CD-R albeit packaged by Sega and SONY???
