    Christ, any idea if it was someone you know? Seems kinda odd that they would hit both your home and your buisiness..Unless they recovered some information about your place via the store..

    I'm not seeing anything in the link or by searching for that number. Thieves are in full force this year. There were 3 robberies near my house within 24 hours last week. Including a store getting held up at gun point.

    I pulled into my driveway as the attempt was in progress. They took off and I went after them on foot. They jumped into a car and I got the plate and description of the two guys. I chased the car down to the corner with the one guy hanging on to the side of the car. The next night a new car was sitting in front of the house w 3 guys and took off when I stepped outside to confront them. My wife and new born daughter were at home both times. They really are messing with the wrong guy in the wrong position. Next time something happens it will make at least the local news.

    Eh, "photo taken from another site" (ie the one he's selling looks like shite so he's using someone else's photo rather than putting up one of his own) plus excessive use of caps and the fact it's a PAL unit rather than an NTSC one makes me think it's best to pass on this auction.

    If you're interested in one of these I'd just keep an eye on eBay. They pop up there and on Yahoo JPN pretty regularly.

    He's also had bags of time to add his own image since listing, so you are probably right. Not that the PAL v NTSC is an issue for me. Incidentally, is the price as insane as I think it it? £665 ($1300) approx. Seems about 2 or 3 times the price I would have expected depending on condition.

    No expert, but as you stated I've seen them on eBay a few times.

    I got mine from Yahoo Japan for little over $300 after searching for 3 years.

    The demo was never released to public, only at a trade show apparently or at least thats what I think. I only know of 4 that exist in the world. His, This one (unless he sold his only copy), Mine, and Another collectors who picked it up at a trade show. :nod:

    Quoting someone (not sure how accurate it is):
    A friend was going after it but it went too high for him, damn euro conversions >_<

    Also the timer comes on whether you do anything or not. Its 15min IIRC.
