I'm sorry, never thought that a boxed marty is such a high price worth. I thought the Marty 1 goes much cheaper.

btw, I'm interested in a Marty. Is this a good price for an unboxed system?

Yes, I think it is. Raiden Densetsu alone goes for 170$+.

Re 1st auction - Actually boxed Marty1 are considered more htf than boxed Marty2s..but the prices seem to be about the same. With Tatsujin Ou in that auction it was pretty decent imo (and the seller is v cool)

Re the second auction - No disrespect to the seller as he is a nice chap..but that is quite pricey.....assuming you know where to look of course. In Ebay terms though that's pretty good tbh as Martys really don't appear often except from a couple of regular sellers.

Unboxed Marty2s can be had for as little as £20-40 + shipping, and Raiden is perhaps the most common of the well known/desirable marty games, certainly the shooters. It can be had for $50-70 easily. $170+ is wrong I'm afraid...that's more tatsujin Ou price..with Flying Shark and Kyu Tiger another 50-100% on top. I reckon I see 5-10 nice copies of Raiden for sale every 1 FS or KT.

what a luck that I didn't won the auction mentioned before.

I usually collect systems without box because I ran out of space :)

I hope to find a cheap unit with some good games sometimes. Ebay is a bit too expensive for me.

Probably been posted somewhere already but:

He's added pictures that show an Ecco 2 Sentinels of the Universe. I am so nailing this as I've got $400 laying around, hopefully it'll stay low, so help me if one of you whisks this from me! Legit knows how much I like Ecco and betas.

Scratch that, I've got $500. Hopefully he won't mind the fact I've only got 11 positive feedback, might have to use my moms account with over 300 positive.

Google has nothing. Absolutely nothing. Best I can tell is that it was never announced and this was just in the basic production stages.

    EDIT:

Got this back from the seller:

"[FONT=Arial, Verdana]The game (on the picture) is the pre-alpha version of the never published Ecco 2: Sentinels of the Universe (sequel of the Ecco: The Dolphin Defender which was released also on Dreamcast and Playstation 2). There's some playable levels but this game code isn't a part of the auction, the picture shown for demonstration only (that devkit works fine). I hope this helps for you.

Thanks for looking and happy bidding!"

So it doesn't come with it, nut bunnies. I asked him if there was anything on the drive and to revise his auction stating that it doesn't come with Ecco 2, otherwise he could get in trouble with ebay over it.
