I have seen lots of those SDK CD's (not in person, but from lots of different people here), they all look like that as far as I can tell.

Hmm, a new poster using the forums to advertise his auction... with 0 feedback? That's going to be a popular one!

You could at least have LINKED us to your item!

I'd be tempted to buy that System disk but being registered for less than 30 days plus 0 feedback=me being wary.

At least you can look up the owner and see if the sale is legit since the license plate is clearly visible.

I was thinking that myself. Not only is it the ugly boxy version of the Scion but Nintendo only gave it a paintjob? No built in Wii with some extra special functionality like a 5 megawatt Wifi broadcast antennea?

Looks like a SNES cart without the case to me.

Err, don't you OWN proto SNES carts and empty boards? Surely you'd be one to ask this very question?!?

I love the way he says how he keeps it in an ESD bag.... and then puts it on the carpet to take a photo

I do own a few Nintendo & Ocean proto carts, but they are the only ones I've ever seen first hand & I don't like to open my big mouth on subjects where my knowledge isn't great (say a good 95% of topics on Assembler ;) There'll be plenty of people here with more idea about these things... If I compare it to mine & what I've seen of the insides of carts, yes it looks like a cart missing its case. I think the seller should have snatched the hand off the person who offered him $250!

    Priceless safety first comment!

Totally agree, prototype don't have the eproms soldered on the board only the rom sockets are.
