I was wondering if somebody on this forum had the Acclaim version of Emergency Mayhem, and if they did could they create a ROM of it for emulators. Emergency Mayhem is my jam and I really just want to play the original, unreleased xbox/ps2 version. The Wii version is nothing but a disappointment, and as you can see here, there are some pretty complete versions of the original game out there. The only thing keeping me from finding an alpha myself is money, from what I'm learning, these alpha's and beta's can be hundreds, sometimes even thousands of dollars. Which I don't have. I'm very new to the world of betas and alphas, so I don't know much about it, so if you can't create a ROM for reasons I don't know, please just tell me. Explain to me why it can't happen so I can learn more. Thanks in advance, whatever the response is.

Please, someone make a ROM, or disk image, or whatever it is! I just, I just... I need to play this game! I know it seems insane (probably 'cos it is) but Emergency Mayhem is a huge part of my life, and if I could play the original, then, I mean, I don't know. I just want to play the original, I just want to experience what the game should have been. What originally made me create with thread was a few weeks ago I burst into tears about this game, and my brother suggested I ask for someone to make a ROM. That's how much I care for this game, I literally cried about how it worked out for it. How it went from an awesome, fun looking game, to a "complete failure" of a game. I watch every video I've found on this game, like, 3 times a day. The trailer, gameplay trailer, gameplay from thestony1 and gameplay from borman on PtoPOnline. I'm obsessed with this game, it's unhealthy, but I need it, I need to play it. I'm sorry.
The problem is that a lot of unreleased games you see videos / screenshots for you may never find online, the reason is the person who has them may have been asked not to release them (for various legal / personal reasons) or they may have paid hundreds or thousands for the game and want to keep it for themselves (their money, their choice) and if your lucky they may release a few videos or images. I certainly wouldn't be getting upset about it, i'm a huge Resident Evil fan and I know some Beta's are hidden in collectors hands and although a few have leaked over the years, theirs still some far out of my reach - doesn't bother me and I get on with my life - if they get release - fantastic! - if they don't - oh well!
Well sadly s you are learning often what we WANT and what we GET in life are often two different things. All you can do is HOPE anyone in possession of such a ROM even feels a need to release it. Other than that well, you need to consider that it just may never happen and move on.
I created this thread in hopes to get a ROM for a cool looking game, instead I get a life lesson on why life is unfair. Man, reality sucks!
