Enforce a policy to remove collection threads with outdated/moved/deleted pictures

I think the title explains this best. It's rather infuriating to check out the awesome collections our members have just to go through a thread of outdated links or possibly none whatsoever.
I think that if these threads were removed, things would be better for the Member's Game Collections subforum.
I know the process is most likely manual, but if such a policy was enforced in the beginning, it wouldn't be a big deal.

 

Id like to see them just be automatically locked so they arent bumped after, say, a few years. I dont think they need to be deleted. They can serve as an archive, a way of tracking where certain items have been, even if the information is outdated.

Why delete or lock them? Just ask the user to update their photo links on a new server.
