what about MESECAM , well so digital video is not ntsc? because i'll admit it, cable looks like fucking shit, but satelite does look alot better :-D edit: for some reason broadcasting in japan looks like ass, all the tvrips from anime look like fucking shit, do they do that unporpuse so the otakus buy the dvds? xD
NTSC JP NTSC US SECAM - PAL SECAM PAL and MESECAM is the VHS formats, and i rememeber a cool VHS machine i saw a place had and that is cool in my mind so if you work at a professional studio they will have a videomachine that eats every format there is and shows it, so formats are just like so many different formats (or some babble like that ) so fi there were more formats than that then i will say that , that machine could show it too.
MESECAM is from the middle east, only vhs tho, no broadcasting and no, it cant be mexican, we are americas little bitch , so we must have the same as them... hope we dont adopt the dollar and english...
*ramstein voice on* were all living in america america es ist wunderbar *rammstein voice off* damn i like that heavy elektro song
mmm dont think pal is fucked because of japan being ntsc... who really gives a crap about their movies? they all suck... anime... only some people watch it, is all about hollywood.
You liek rammstein - Nice - You haven't by any chance heard herzeleid, their first album have you? Its Fantastic!
w00t! Rammstein all the way baby! where'e the fire breathing emoticon when you need it? :smt067 Pretend it's not a gun, instead it's a big metal frame bolted onto his head and blowing fire into the audience...
Did you even read what I posted? 3:2 pulldown makes things uneven and leads a lack of smoothness in motion! And then there's old-fashioned mechanical 3:2 pulldown which is near impossible to restore back to 23.976fps... Er, yes it does. You can tell the difference anyway. Yeah, RGB is teh pwn, but impossible to transmit through RF. And you'll still have the difference between 50Hz and 60Hz video... TV's aren't 24fps! Where did you get that from?! SDTV refresh rates are 60Hz (well really 59.94Hz) or 50Hz interlaced, so video has to be 60 or 50 interlaced fields per second, or 30 (29.97) or 25 progressive frames per second. There's nothing else - which is why 3:2 pulldown exists. WolverineDK: My VCR does PAL, MESECAM and NTSC, and it's like €130! I'm pretty sure normal SECAM can't be recorded on VHS - IIRC the VCR just converts it to PAL when recording, and outputs in either RGB or converts back to SECAM. MESECAM is some kind of hack only used in the Middle East, probably to make things cheaper. SECAM's confusing and silly. But probably better than PAL... Oh, and Rammstein are scary.
