Yes, you read that right. Evidently the Source Code for Duke Nukem: Critical Mass is available through the Library of Congress, along with every single asset that makes up the game, on a single DVD-R. You can read more about it here:

I am currently filing a form to request a possible copy of the contents for research purposes. I will keep you guys in the loop on whether I am successful or not.
