'Eminent domain' if you already don't know, basically gives the government/state power of authority to take your house (giving you a 'reasonable sum' for your property, normally much lower then actual value) and use it for public use, i.e. libraries, schools etc. This was used in run down area's to basically 'clean out' the people/places that the state felt where not doing anyone any good. The issue now is they are taking property and making use of it in other ways then for public use/beautification. They only have to say the property 'could' give thnem tax revenue from the building/service that put in place of the seized property.

It is legal for the government to take your home you worked your whole life for, and not have to answer to any strict guidlines.

I can't stand pretentous people, and it is a crime in my eyes.

my sig came from a forum i frequent some times, and i thought it was so unreal, that i should use it as a sig here. Since it is a law.

 

So that's what it is. I thought it was som epretty nice light effects from Photoshop with your logo over them.
