    Any update on this, @myroot?

Likely won't need a PS2 TOOL to get this building, but will definitely need the PS2 SDK and Visual Studio as rso mentioned.
Try to get it compiling, then linking, and then worry about testing your build on debug hardware. I'm interested in helping, but there's not much anyone can do without access to the code!

Yeah I was thinking about picking this up again on the weekend. I was thinking about making a blog on it? And I can't really share the code as I'm not sure if anyone currently has legal license to the game?

Good idea. I guess the first step is recreating the development environment that was used to build the game in the first place. Figure out which setup Acclaim Cheltenham would have used around 2000/2001 for PS2 development. (Directory structure, compiler, SDK release, etc.)
Post progress/questions here and we can try to guide you to solutions if you're stuck!

I'll PM you, but may be best to continue posting questions here to get the hivemind thinking.

Any progress? Do you have a PS2 toolchain set up?

Oh hi, nice to see a sign of life ;)

Any batch files of that name around, maybe? Might be a path issue then. If not, can you find out what section in the make- or project files tries to run that command, and show a little bit of context? Actually, just scrolling up a bit to let us see the log lines before the error might already give a hint.

I'm honestly ready to just release the SRC
I'm afraid of legal trouble though

Soooo.... anything going on? Maybe behind the scenes? Blink twice for "yes" ;)

There's bound to be people around here who have experience with safely "misplacing" files and could help out. If that's you, contact this guy (i.e. myroot, not me)!
