I know its not a Game related item, but its ideal for using to host your own game related website! :110:

I have a 2300 Model server in good working order that i need to sell just to clear some room. Apparantly, its not acceptable as a bedside table according to the wife!:suicide:
Its the dual processor model and has i think 1gb of ram (i wil dig it out to check the exact specs), However, it doesnt have any harddrives (usual SCSI affairs) It does have at least 3xHDD caddys though.
There is a slight fault in that it wont switch on via the main button but is easy enough to do by just popping the Side panel off and grounding one terminal to the chassis. I was going to make/rewire this accordingly but never got around to it. Being a server it shouldent be shut off too often anyhow!:smashin: The switch does work when switching it off however.
It has both a CD & a 3.5" floppy Drive fitted and the SCSI backplane.
Im looking for my money back at £25 + delivery at cost. or collection is welcome from bedford.
Will accept paypal, BT, Cash on Collection etc.
    Thanks

Can you post the processor size please (once you can get at the unit without electrocuting yourself).

I'll let Oli_lar go for it as it's not going to meet the requirements. Thanks Lee!

Excuse the thread hijack, but anyone interested in a Dell PowerVault tape drive or an IBM tape drive? both Ultrium LTO 2, have a couple of 200/400GB tapes as well.

Not sure my kitchen scales can measure as much as they weight, but I will have a try later.

    I have 4x 200/400GB (native/compressed) tapes, Dell branded.

OK, let me see if I can get them wiped first, I don't have a SCSI card atm to do it myself.
