God I miss techTV when it first started. Talk about the best channel on cable period. I spent toooo much time watching it. Was so freaking great.

Nick also needs to die. The last straw is when they dropped invader zim. Pitiful Humans!

 

You're semi wrong

You must only be tuning in on Fridays, and on the weekends.

During the week, G4TTV Canada shows the old seasons of Icons at 11 and 3:30 on various days. The programming guide on the cable boxes don't show it, but check www.g4techtv.ca and click schedule. Yesterday's episode was about Naughty Dog.

 

all week at 3 is cheat!...then on at 330 on mondays is g4tv retro i think?...tuesday is icons...wednesday is gadgets and gizmos...thursday is drift or something.........friday is filter......and its all bloody repeats half the month.............ive tuned in on the weekends and its even worse......infomercials are better

 

Monday at 11am
Tuesday at 3:30pm
Wednesdays and Thursdays at 11am

Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are all repeats of the Friday 8pm showing

Their schedule listed on digital cable is wrong, you need to follow that schedule. I did the exact same thing as you before I realized most of the "Players" listings were in fact Icons. I went to their site and saw the huge difference.

 

i have satilite(bell) and their schedule is the same as on the site...........who knows maybe Yakumo could do an episode or create a new series like icons........with less repeats though

 

they did Mega Man today

I got all of season 3 encoded and compressed, half of 2 in raw video.

If you want, I can make copies of whatever episodes I have on DVDs, but I'd just need you to cover the cost of the discs and shipping (I think Xpresspost is $5 within Ontario)

 

WOW..im impressed...i'd surely take you up on that offer, though as it stands money is in short supply around here.....out of curiosity...roughly how many episodes is that?

 

I have 30 raw episodes, 20 episodes from Season 3 (encoded), and 2 from Season 2 (encoded)

It's about 15 gigs all together due to the raw eps.

watched call for help today....it was only a week old..but what happened to andy walker?...he wasnt on the show!!!!!!.....also i suspect that call for help will slowly be phased back into production in the states as g4 america has finally agreed to show it down there....bummer....is there tickets you can get for the show when they film it in toronto?....and whats the address of the studio....i wish to stal....errr say hello to mr laporte

as for icons......HHogan..what are the sizes on the files indiviually..about 500 megs?.....another mindless question

 

Walker's contract wasn't renewed, so he's off the show on a regular basis. He'll be showing up for a couple of episodes here and there.

And there's no way for you to get tickets to the show, it's a closed set.

Raw episodes are 650ish megs, encoded are about 200.

 

ooo....damm i liked him......another show gone to the sh(*^&% i'd really like to get my hands on those icons shows though.......hmmm...........oh well maybe ill wait until money is flowing

ermm is this good? I never liked G4tv, always thought TechTV programing was 100 percent better
