Hey everyone, I wanted to know if someone on these forums can do me a favor. A friend of mine and my younger cousin have Wii's with the exact same problem. The Feeder wont read nor fully take the discs anymore. I'm looking to see if there is anyone here who can replace the Drives on both these Wii's. One of them may be due to a child sticking pennies and playing cards into the feeder so I'm aware that Disc Drive might not be repaired.

Please, if anyone can do this for me I'd greatly appreciate it. I'd do them myself but I wont have any free time in the coming months. If anyone is available to repair these Wii's please PM and we'll discuss things further.

Replacing them is rather easy if you have the replacement drives on hand or can order them and depending on if you plan to install a modchip on them they could be costlier then the non modchip-able versions. I'm sure you could find someone close to you to do this, I live in Massachusetts so it's a few hours away from you if you can't find anyone I might be able to help.

If kids are involved, you can usually just open the drives up and find coins etc in them. Take them out, seal it back up and usually works fine.
