Favourite Yeast Extract Spread

Yea my favourite soft drink was L&P. It was only say a can of soft drink a day but still thats too much.

I knew a dude in a band (drummer) & he HAD to have a 2 litre coke beside him....

 

:dejection: Two litres? Coke isn't even nice! LOL!
Never tried L&P, looks to be a kiwi drink though! :wink-new:

Side note: Vegemite on baked potatoes is not enjoyable at all... :boxing:

 

Coke is disgusting, Pepsi is what gamers drink.

Iunno, I think Coke leaves this fury feeling in your mouth when you drink it. I can feel the sugar/taste the sugar. Pepsi, I don't get this problem.

 

I miss Pepsi Twist... Why did it have to leave here?
Then I saw it in Japan! Then I had to leave Japan...
Seems as though I am doomed to never have Pepsi Twist again! :sorrow:
Pepsi does seem to have more refined bubbles!

 

It has way more carbonation that's for sure, I drink so much of it I have lagged burps

 

Never liked pepsi much, it has that slight artificial sugar aftertaste, pepsi tried multiple times to re-enter the market here, but they never really succeeded

Might try there other cold drinks but they never seem to get far enough to start bringing or manufacturing them...

Edit :Vanilla Flavored Coke on the other hand, I really miss it , as they stopped making it sometime in the early 2000s and Freska(SP? ,manufactured by coke aswell)

 

Yes 2 litres or else he would get irritable, I have another mate who is area manager for coke. He was/has been a sales rep for years. He was selling automotive parts (electrical) and then moved to Townsville (from Brisbane), he was offered a job as a sales rep for a performance lot selling turbo's, intercoolers and the like (I am a reformed "hoon" as per A Current Affairs logic and this guy is a car mate) but a week later he was offered a sales rep job with Coke. He called me up asking which job he should take, my reply was "mate we are heading into a recession, what do you think people will stop buying? Turbo's or Coke? Which job has better "further-ment prospects"? 9(? dunno thereabouts) months later he went from sales rep to moving back to Brisbane and to being area manager....He can thank me later lol!

Yes L&P is a kiwi drink, I was born there but been here since I was 3, so 34 years. My Mum still has a slight kiwi accent, I think Dad lost his as soon as he stepped off the plane.

Yea ACA is popular on the car forums I go on. They have been recycling the footage of the Ford Falcon doing a burnout for years lol!
