    Re: Greatest Hits tripe...

Me too, I refuse to buy GH game titles. I don't know why, but I have to have the original.

    Arga!

What really bothered me about that auction was that he had a picture of GT2 on a couch and the PICTURE was of a NON-GH GT2, WTF?

Me. I really don't care if its GH or not.

I have FFA non GH but without the manual. Its not that I'm collecting it. I bought it so that i could play the game.

I prefer the no GH version of games (Well, non Platinum version if you live in teh UK). The main reason for this is that they remove the CD art and change the mannual art in some>most of the games.

I only buy the Platinum versions if they are packaged with something else and the price is right.

    Re: Greatest Hits tripe...

Actually you should thank him. The original release of GT2 had bugs that made you erase your save, was impossible to complete 100%,...

If you want a bug-free game go for the GH of GT2.

I won't buy GH titles either. I just cant stand the packaging. I wish they would just add a spine card or sticker on the wrapper. Seem like it would be cheaper for them as well.

I'm 100% with you. My brother and I looked forever for a copy of RE 0 that wasn't greatest hits. Good ol' Toys R Us.

I try not to get them when possible. They look like crap with the neon green on PS1 titles and that stupid red on PS2 titles. They make the games look cheap (as in lower quality) to me. Why couldn't they have done what Nintendo did with the small little golden seal thing?
