    They probably wish that Sony hadn't released it in the uk as freemcboot doesn't work.

    In any case if legit, NTSC FIFA 13 appears to merely be the uk version set to 60hz. They didn't even bother to re-title it FIFA Soccer 13.

    Update:
    Found extremely convincing pictures from Mexico. This would mean only the box/disc/manual name was changed.
