I don't see how it's possible to remake this game so big they can't sell it in one package. But if their port of FFXIII is anything to go by, it's just them being so lazy that they don't bother compressing files so they have enormous bloat.
A good point are the huge backgrounds in FF7. I think its near impossible to keep any detail from the original version.
At the time I played the game, FF7 was one of the best games ever and I still hold my memories from that time as among the greatest gaming experiences I have had. However, it's clear--to me at least--that the original has aged quite poorly because of the graphics. I'm just happy they re-made the game, honestly. There aren't too many I'd say that about, either, it's just that most of those early PS games look awful now.
Those that went all 3d you mean. SaGa Frontier and Legend Of Mana are a beaty to watch up to this day
Yeah, not all, that's for sure. I actually have a pretty good collection of PS1 RPGs, it's just a matter of finding the time to play all those I couldn't before...
Best example is Xenogears, i need very much time start playing it.. I hate this Barret trophy -.- . Anyone know how i can trigger that event on gold saucer? Im not sure .. I try a guide playing anything exactly for the barret event, but i got another one. Now i try the canyon glitch but the event is not ready on this part.
