ADAM-JAMES,i still have not got mine.You told me that you did not have them with tou and that your brother would send me one,but now it seems you sell them.

I sent you the SDK's,which is useful stuff,and i still haven't got my gd-r.

So,what do you say?Will you be honest/responsible enough to send it _some_time_ or do i need to hunt you down like a madman and make posts about you being irresponsible?

VitAmen, I am very sorry... I am in an awkward situation these days, as I am only home in Brighton one night a week most weeks, from 9pm until 7am the next day... so I don’t get to personal see that all my items go out… but I have seen the special delivery receipts for both packages… if I find them, ill scan them for you.

You did not say anything about this for ages, so I assumed you got the first one, then one day randomly around a month later, I saw you on MSN messenger, and I arranged to send another out.... again, did not hear from you, and I believe I even sent you a PM later in the week to see if you got it ok...

I know it must be annoying to not receive stuff, I myself have lost a MEGA CD CD-R in the post, and a Katana dev kit... but you must try and see this from my point of view... I have now sent you two GD-R's for some cd-r's...

... And if I don't hear back from you when they don't turn up, I have no way of knowing that things have gone wrong.

Really don't know what to do with this situation now... I can send you back the copies of the SDK's, and hope they get there, or I can send out yet another free GD-R... at my current prices, that will have now cost me 30GBP.

I don't like that you imply I’m a liar. I did not just forget about you and sell the discs that I said I would send... many people on the board have bought GD-R's from me, and seem to get them just fine...

I am quite busy you see and i have better things to do than chase a GD-r that never arrived.I got bored after a month so i said 'Fuck it...'.I had sent you many emails when the transaction was going on,found you next on MSN,sent you some PMs,i mean come on,was i supposed to chase you down?What about integrity?

As for the cd-rs,well,they are not plain cd-rs.why didn't anybody else send you the SDK's?It was usefull stuff actually and i think i was rather convenient for you.I think you do not understand how good it feels when people hand you rare tools that you want to use just like that.

You told me you needed the sdk's for a project,i sent them to you as to 2 more people from the board (these ones fof free) and you see it only as 2 cd-rs.I am sorry for you.Really.

While you do have the right to make your greviances known and let other people know that you've had iffy dealings with people, the language doesn't need to be so excessive, and things could be worded a little better.

i think i behave quite well in the forum.But i cannot stand it when other people come and comment on critical remarcs i make about deals.This is the 'nth' time Paulo has made posts that i really hate.

As for the thing being personal with Adam James,pm's and stuff have already been sent out a long time ago.I had quit from the deal,but when i see him selling stuff he was supposed to have sent i get kinda grimy.
So i let people know about this.But i cannot see the point in Paulo comng every time coming around and bullying me.Got a problem with me boy?

Next time i am gonna use worse language.I never interfered in other people's affairs,i hate it when other people do it,and yes,i let people know when shit happens like with Adam James.

you didn't care about the fact the discs were lost in the post... but when you saw that i was selling GD-R's, you thought you would make me look bad on purpose?

I didn't need to send out that second GD-R for you... but I did... and for that I get slagged off in a way that looks like you intended to put people off buying from me, simply as a bit of unjustified revenge?

As from now, will you please email me, and keep this between us... that is all that needs to happen... the only reason I can think that you prefur to post on the boards, is not to say what you want to say, but for others to see you say it.

 

Actually, it's nice to know when a buyer has a problem with a seller, as then the rest of us can think twice before venturing into what could be a shady deal.

Why actually yes, 'boy' there is a problem with that. For one, your strong language and overbearing posts are far more close to 'bullying' (see also: intimidating for a better frame of reference) than anything I have seen Paulo say as of yet. All he did was comment about you bringing up the subject now.

I can sortof understand your position - I've had things on eBay where the seller never came through, I tried to contact them, and eventually wrote it off, and I can understand how seeing the same seller that shafted you selling the same item would be irritating, but that's no reason to take it out on Paulo for merely commenting. Hell, it's a freaking internet forum, if someone says something that bugs you, it's alright to ignore them. There's no reason you can't be civil about the whole thing.

So yes, we do have a problem, and if it continues, your posts will be subject to deletion. If it continues beyond that - well, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it, but I wouldn't push your luck.
