    Re: ...

I think you are hardly in any position to order people on this board arround with your arrogant attitude.
There are certain rules on this board of which one is keeping it relaxed and easy.
This is public forum if you can't take any comments stop coming here.

You have the right to inform us of your deals with AJ as they are usefull for all of us but use the feedback forum for that instead of throwing everything out in a seling thread.

Sorry to be picky, but i don't like the way that sounded!

I did come through, when the first was lost in the post, i sent a second out, at my loss...

And he didn't try and contact me... his post here was the first i knew about the second one being lost.

I usualy dont keep recepits for things i get sent out, but i remember seeing some in a draw when i was in Brighton the last time, so they might be there... if so, ill scan and post them there.

    3rd warning.

If aj doesn't provide the receipts, then there's nothing else that (should) can be said. If he does, then the accusation won't hold water.

Until that time, can we just leave it.

adam-james, avoiding the dispute that has arisen here, I'd like to remind you that I believe ID-Republix was after some of your discs. In case you didn't notice, there is a thread in the off topic about him being involved in a car accident.

I know that buying discs must be the last thing on his mind, but perhaps it might be a nice gesture to attempt to contact his brother and see what he wanted?

Alternatively, maybe if some members chipped in, say £1 or $1 each, then we could get him a couple as a Christmas get well gift?

As for the bickering, I see merit in several posts! A problem with a seller should be brought to the forum's attention, but just a small post. Posting "haven't heard from you, any news?" could be good, as the seller has a chance to respond and this is seen publically. However, over posting could be a little excessive - take the matter to PM/e-mail or phone calls. It is a private matter between you and the seller. If you feel you got a bum deal, then post a message saying "never received goods, seller did not resolve to my satisfaction". Never go around insulting anyone.

A little tip to all - ALWAYS ask for some method of recorded delivery and insurance on goods you're buying, especially overseas. This way, you can go to the courier's web site and track your parcel yourself, and you have comeback should it not arrive or arrive damaged. Common sense!
