At the concession of being "that guy", my signup was motivated by interest in your amp kit. Specifically, the amp + connector + euro scart cable w/sync stripper circuit (if available) which I'd like to house in an IFU-30.

I got a sample batch of the new pcbs in the other day. Have sent a couple out to get some feedback before I make an order for more boards.

OP updated. There are a few new boards available and have the old ones discounted if you dont care about the resistors being soldered to the back (its the same circuit).

 

got my shipment of pcbs in. should have enough that i will never have to order anymore. just need to start on building up some more. I have 5 ready to go. still also have about 10 "fixed" versions available also for a discounted price of $15 each.

got mine today, install was a breeze, some things i would recommend... due to the nature of the ground plane being hard to desolder on the av port, if you cant get the ground pins well desoldered, you can leave them and disassemble the plug according to the mmmonkey guide with it still attached to the board by the 2 ground pins... as long as youve gotten all the other av pins done, thats how i did it and worked like a champ... rebuilt the 8 pin with the ground plate and the bottom plastic right there on the board... its just 2 tabs on either side that need to be pried out, take the 8 pin one apart first so you can see how it works as its harder to see on the one still attached... also, the pins fall out when its disassembled, they only go back in the right holes... but dont lose them or bend them... also, you can see i used the ground and power for a nearby chip to power it, i found this very easy as i knew it was probably corner pins that were power and ground and i simply found a capacitor on a 5v rail and cont tested its positive side to the chip to find the +5 corner, and its neg for the ground corner.. also, figuring out which caps should be replaced for the jailbar fix sucks, and im still not sure i did the right ones... as i have jailbars still but they are VERY minimal, unlike many of the videos ive seen where theyre pronounced...
