    since the board is very low profile now with the tantalum caps, i started using a new install location on the duo.

    there is still plenty of clearance between the rgb amp and the bottom shielding. i put some kapton tape under the amp just in case it would happen to fall, which is highly unlikely.

    amp has been updated and now uses a THS734 instead of a THS7314.

    no. this board is attenuated for the pc engine/turbografx only.

    i have some of borti's v4 pcbs if you need something like that though.

    edit:
    to clarify, this pc engine amp can be used for n64/snes by changing the output resistors from 91 ohm to 75 ohm and leaving off the output caps/470 ohm resistors. just this board does not have a spot for the extra resistors needed for the 1 chip brightness fix. this can be done on the console, but borti's pcb has a spot for them on it.
