I know all that The bigger question is what in the link has caused the failure. It could still be a cap that has gone bad, it could be something bigger like the video encoder. I just haven't done any of the work beyond recovering the hard drive data.

I would definitely be interested in the gen 1 xbox debug kit if it's working. However money is a little tight at the moment with christmas around the corner (Looking at $200, which seems to be the norm on ebay).

 

Here is the directory listing for the Halo build, since someone asked. Id also be happy to work out a release for $500, but Im not going to go through the trouble of doing a public fundraiser for that sort of thing.

 

Halo is sold. If the new owner wants to come forward, they will, otherwise I no longer own it so Im the wrong person to ask questions to.

Nope, DVT4. It was being worked on in 2005, so the DVT3s were long gone.
