Will test all 3 recent releases on my 360 XDK soon. (Well even if one isn't new per se)

I don't believe so, no. This was supposed to be an OG XBOX game.

 

Original Xbox games can run on the 360. He likes to try out the prototypes and see if it works.

 

Far Cry Instincts, Mage War, and Fuel all confirmed not working on 360 compatibility mode.

Nope, it should load fine. That could be your bios messing something up, not using hackdevkitbios are you?

Just confirmed, works fine on a stock debug kit (meaning no other strange hacks going on)

 

This game doesn't really have any relation to the Codemasters's Fuel?

Didn't the developed planned to sue Codemasters?

 

Yep, the developers weren't happy. I imagine they were paid for the name, but I never got confirmation.

 

I am only now noticing this, but the logo is strikingly similar to the 76 Gas logo.
I wonder if that was intentional? It may not be the same now, but it used to be more orange than red.
