It depends: I had a chubby friend who was in pretty much every sport activity available, yet he was always fat.

Then last year during xmas break I saw him, and he was thin as a rail. How? he went to a nutritionist and got a custom-made diet for him.

Anyway, I was just pointing out. That fat people are people. Just like any one else. So I am not commenting the rest.

 

I played sports in High School. When football was done, I was training for off season. I was still fat though. I didn't trim down until I dieted AND worked out. Of course there are freaks of nature, but I would not dis any type of diet until I tried it coupled with AMPLE aerobic excercise. Even if you don't get thinner, you will be healthier.

 

When I think of Wrestling in Japan, I of course think of Sumos. Not guys with bundles of Fluorescent tubes smashing them on other guys heads. Isn't it dangerous to inhale that powdery junk, too? And I thought US Wrestling stunts were bad.
