Thought I would add some pics and info about the Panasonic/Matsushita FZ-55. It seems to be quite a bit more obscure when compared with its cousin the FZ-35S. Like the FZ-35S, the FZ-55 was a Point of Sale/Interest media kiosk endowed with the M2 chipset. Also like the FZ-35S, the FZ-55 was available in different configurations. Some options included CD drive or DVD drive, and with or without IDE hard disk. The front panel interface also offered different hardware options. I will update this post a little later with pictures of the different "models" of FZ-55. Those people without software for their FZ-35S should recognize the following two images. Some input/output options... Pictures of the back of the unit with and without plastic shell... Here is the chipset...
Ah, been trying to remember the name of this unit for months but never could i kept thinking FZ-35 but hats a different unit. Only saw this once or twice so nice pictures and thanks for sharing them.
Coffee machine kiosk goodness. I had the pleasure of ordering a coffee off an M2 in Asia. Coffee sucked (so did the UI as well...I wish I knew it was actually M2 hardware when I bought the coffee)
