    Not that one in particular, but an older Wavebird was sold at some point, which looked like a modified standard controller.

    The first one is a pre-wii controller so, it wouldn't be for the gamecube I'm guessing... That one maybe easier to find though as it's more recent than the wavebird.
    It's really hard to find prototype controllers from Nintendo as they're usually sealed tight.

    Always love seeing the more hacky early prototype controllers, like the one Borman is mentioning (I believe it was the standard looking indigo colored controller with a battery pack slammed on the front and the controller wire with a board hanging off it.)

    That seems to be the one I am talking about. Wasn't it ASSEMbler who was in possession of it at one point? That thing is so sexy.

    That first one just looks like a photoshopped mockup from after the Revolution announcement but before we got any controller details. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

    The one that states revolution is a speculation photoshop from '06ish back when the Wii was called "Revolution". The second one looks genuine
